 Sandwiches: (served on French bread, Kaiser Roll or Rye Bread)

• Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese w/ lettuce, tomato and spread.
• Honey Ham and Cheddar Cheese w/ lettuce, tomato and spread.
• Homemade Chicken Salad (all white chicken, grapes, pecans and green onion) w/ shredded lettuce
• Veggie w/ lettuce, tomato, American and Swiss cheese, cucumber, peppers, red onion and spread.

Salads:

• Krause Grilled Chicken or Salmon w/ Krause Pasta Salad®, grilled chicken strips or baked salmon w/ house dressing and croutons.
• Grilled Chicken Caesar- romaine lettuce, red onions, parmesan cheese, house Caesar dressing, and croutons.
• Taco- grilled chicken or seasoned beef served on lettuce w/ diced tomatoes, slice black olives, black beans, green onions, assorted shredded cheese, guacamole and ranch salsa dressing.
• Stephanie’s- Mixed Greens w/ honeydew chunks, sliced strawberries, chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, mandarin oranges, golden raisins w/ blackberry dressing.
• Oriental Chicken- Mixed Greens w/ chicken strips, Cole slaw, chow mein noodles, mandarin oranges and sliced pecans w/ oriental dressing and croutons.
